APERO METAL AT THE IMPREINTE (12/04/23)

“ L'Empreinte de Savigny-le-Temple hosts 1 Wednesday per month “Les Apéros Metal du 77”. After Tarld in February, Point Mort in March, it's Locomuerte's turn to host this third Metal Apéro of the year.

The group, as you have already read on Rock Metal Mag , has a lot of news this spring 2023 (reissue of the 3ᵉ album, new album featuring the best of the first 2 re-recorded, video clips, etc.)

This aperitif is therefore timely to expose all this to the admirers of the group and to those who would like to discover them differently.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. to give the public time to head to the "club", the Empreinte bar. Separated from the main room, it also hosts a small stage. The crowd is good, very good even for this evening in the middle of the week (free admission) and the annex of the large room fills up very quickly.

You can taste local beer there, but also start shopping at the Locomuerte merch. The new album “Los Clasicos De Locos” is available there, two days before its official release. At the same time, you can listen to clips broadcast on the bar's TV and trim the fat with knowledge of concerts.

During this time, the group is refining the script for this special evening behind the scenes, helped on certain points by Steph Buriez (Loudblast, Sinsaenum), also producer of the group's albums. Briefing also with a film crew, we will come back to this.

It's 8 p.m., time for Locomuerte to go on stage for a 30-minute showcase.

As you have already read here , or there , it's a big burst of very invigorating and communicative energy. A good big thrash / crossover with old school influences which dislocates as it should and which sets fire to all the scenes that the band treads on. The concert is short, that's the concept of the evening, but Locomuerte finds the time to announce two surprises to the public.

First of all his participation in Hellfest 2023 and then that they will play a brand new track taken from the new album which will be released on April 14th. This will be filmed for an upcoming clip. The scenario is explained to the public who will have the right to six takes of this short new piece in order to film the scenes from several angles.

After taking the time to quench your thirst, we watch the exclusive broadcast of Locomuerte's new music video " La Vida Loca ", much appreciated by the fans present. You can also find the clip on the band's YouTube channel. Then signing session, discussions with friends, we toast in moderation to end an excellent evening.
